Fusetec - Advanced Surgical Training Creating true-to-life surgical training with fully operable replicas.

Designed with surgeons, for surgeons, we replicate complexity with realism and accuracy to prepare surgeons for reality, improve patient outcomes, and make training safer worldwide. Fusetec - Advanced Surgical Training combines the latest advanced technologies with the development of their own innovative solutions to create hyper-realistic, anatomical surgical training models, addressing the limitations and costs of traditional cadaver use. We work alongside notable medical professionals and universities to enhance the way surgeons train and operate, ultimately improving patient outcomes and advancing healthcare globally. We specialise in multi-material replications of specific pathologies for pre-operative medical evaluation, education and training. Fusetec is currently developing its own Intellectual Property for healthcare training products.

🚨 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: Fusetec is heading to Los Angeles!

Tom Ewing and Calisse Revilla will be attending the 2026 AAO-HNSF Annual Meeting & OTO EXPO, October 16-19, and we are opening our calendars for hands-on meetings throughout the event.

This is your opportunity to get Fusetec surgical training models in your hands, experience their realistic anatomy and operability firsthand, and explore how they could support:

• ENT residency and fellowship training
• Skills labs and simulation programs
• Medical device education and demonstrations
• Repeatable, procedure-specific practice

Tom and Calisse will be walking the OTO EXPO floor and meeting directly with surgeons, educators, program leaders, and industry partners.

Don’t leave it to chance and hope you run into us, schedule dedicated time to meet with one of us and experience Fusetec for yourself.

Send us a direct message or contact Tom Ewing or Calisse Revilla to reserve a time. Let us know which products or procedures you’re most interested in exploring so we can bring the right models for you.

Is keeping your temporal bone lab stocked becoming increasingly difficult?

ENT residency programs have told us that the cost and limited availability of cadaveric temporal bones can make it challenging to provide residents with consistent, ongoing access to hands-on training.

Fusetec temporal bone models offer a more predictable, cost-conscious and biohazard-free alternative.

Programs can plan their labs around readily available models with consistent anatomy.

This gives every resident the opportunity to train on the same structures and work toward the same learning objectives.

Models are available with normal anatomy and a range of pathologies.

Including cholesteatoma, sclerotic and well-pneumatized mastoids, ossified cochlea and pediatric anatomy.

Explore new ways to keep its temporal bone lab accessible and well stocked.

We would be happy to discuss the models that best fit your curriculum.

We’re excited to be featured by HealthySimulation.com!

Healthcare educators need more opportunities to provide realistic, hands-on procedural practice, especially when cadaver access, clinical exposure, faculty time, and pathology availability are limited.

Fusetec’s anatomically accurate, fully operable models allow learners to practice procedures repeatedly in a consistent environment, helping build familiarity and confidence before entering the operating room.

Thank you, HealthySimulation.com, for sharing our story!

Fusetec advanced surgical training models are designed to be fully operable, soft tissue accurately mimicking human anatomy. Models in most surgical disciplines are designed with interchangeable cassettes to reduce costs while adding the surgical training benefit of being available with complex anat...

Wrapping up a great week at Fusetec’s Tampa, Florida office!

It was wonderful having our CEO and Founder, Mark Roe, visit us from Australia. The week gave us a valuable opportunity to connect in person, reflect on the progress of our U.S. expansion, and discuss the exciting opportunities ahead.

We are grateful for Mark’s time, insight, and continued support as we work to bring Fusetec’s advanced surgical training models to more healthcare educators, surgeons, and medical device teams across the United States.

Safe travels back to Australia, Mark, we loved having you in Tampa!

A closer look inside a Fusetec hand and wrist model.

During American Society for Surgery of the Hand - ASSH 2026 in Boston, Mark Roe met Jerry Campagna RT (R)(MR)(CT) from Centura Imaging, who used the portable Adaptix Ltd Ortho350 to capture detailed X-ray images of one of our models.

The demonstration also sparked an interesting conversation about how anatomical models and imaging technology could complement each other in surgical training and education.

Thank you, Jerry, for putting our model to the test and sharing the technology with Mark Roe .

A photo captures the moment, but it is the conversation that stays with you.

Wonderful to meet Karen Lacanilao-Markgraf, Au.D (pictured here) and Celina Tobias-Grasso from MED-EL Hearing Solutions at IFOSTANBUL 2026 .

Thank you both for making the time to share such an open and thoughtful conversations.

Another meaningful connection from Istanbul.

MED-EL is clearly supported by people who care deeply about their work and the difference it can make.

HEALTHCARE SIMULATION WEEK - DAY 5! Wrapping up a wonderful week!

The future of surgical training is not about replacing one educational method with another.

It is about giving educators more ways to prepare learners.

That future includes repeatable procedural practice, realistic anatomy, uncommon and patient-specific pathology, objective assessment, team-based learning, and training experiences that can be delivered more consistently and at greater scale.

At Fusetec, we are proud to work alongside surgeons, medical educators, healthcare institutions, and medical device companies to develop surgical models around real training needs.

As Healthcare Simulation Week comes to a close, we want to thank the simulation community for continuing to challenge what is possible in healthcare education.

What capability would you most like to see in the next generation of surgical simulation?
