To wrap up Exercise Right Week, we asked Emma, our Exercise Physiologist, to answer the question we get asked most often: "What actually happens at a first appointment?"

For Exercise Right Week, we're taking you behind the scenes with a Day in the Life of an EP.
From an early morning gym session up at HILAC with the team, to baseline assessments with a new client, exercise prescription, admin (with Charlotte-shaped interruptions πŸ˜‚), and wrapping up the day at netball training.

As an Exercise Physiologist, Emma doesn't just talk about movement, she lives it! Her days are built around helping people understand their bodies, set meaningful goals, and move in ways that genuinely improve their health and quality of life.
