We recognise Asperger's Syndrome (High functioning) NOT as a disability, but a different way of functioning which may have challenging behaviours as a result of anxiety and other unsolved difficulties. Time 2 Train since 2009, is a nationally, internationally recognised program for supporting the community in autism, health, fitness, wellbeing. 💚💚💚 Here at Time 2 Train, our goal is to develop the essential skills to help children to adults of all ages diagnosed on the autism spectrum navigate the stressful, difficult complexities of the real world.

Our Managing Director Jeremy Samson is living proof in overcoming his childhood diagnosis and is nationally, internationally recognsied by leading experts in the field as 'unrecognisable' through a successful career in life. Jeremy developed his exercise, activity program Time 2 Train (est 2009) to support families in both understanding their loved ones condition and assist in how to build a healthy understanding.

🔴 Although Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) are generally assumed to be lifelong, we review evidence that between 3% and 25% of children reportedly lose their ASD diagnosis and enter the normal range of cognitive, adaptive and social skills.

Predictors of recovery include relatively high intelligence, receptive language, verbal and motor imitation, and motor development, but not overall symptom severity.

"A child’s health care professional and early childhood professional should partner with parents to monitor their child’s development and get him or her the help needed as soon as possible," said IAN Director Paul H.
