We’re so excited to introduce the newest member of our Set Me Free Spa team, Maddi! 🤍

Maddi is joining us as our newest Receptionist, and while she may be new to the beauty industry, she certainly isn’t new to looking after people!

With an extensive background in customer service, hospitality and disability services, Maddi brings with her a genuine passion for helping people, a warm and friendly nature and plenty of experience making sure everyone feels welcome and cared for.

We know she is going to be such a wonderful addition to our team, and we’re very excited to see her grow with us! 🌸

One thing we’re big on at Set Me Free Spa is ongoing education. 💕

This is one of Lily’s current training exercises, designed to perfect lash attachment and placement. Every lash needs to sit beautifully flat against the natural lash to ensure the best retention, comfort and overall result. It’s the little details like this that make a huge difference!

We’re so proud of the effort Lily puts into continually refining her skills, and we can’t wait for you to see the results.
