👋A big official and warm welcome to our Clinical Nutritionist Sofie!

We are so excited to have her this very talented and vibrant lady joining our team, to offer her amazing services to our clients, to better their internal health and overall energy levels and mood.

🎓Sofie became a qualified Nutritionist at Torrens University, earning a Bachelor of Health Science, and at the same time, earned an accreditation in Health & Wellness Coaching. She has a special interest in helping clients of all ages heal their gut and regain their energy back, to feel confident again in their own skin.

🤔Driven by her own curiosity to heal herself, from chronic bloating to gut issues for most of her adult life, Sofie began to understand the link between targeted nutrition, lifestyle changes and their impact on optimal gut health. After successfully healing herself, Sofie became passionate about helping others do the same.

📆Sofie is now taking appointments on Wednesdays from 3-8pm, and is available for some early morning and late evenings weekday appointments upon request.

🏃🏼‍♀️‍➡️Her passion for improving personal strength and mobility, led her to study personal training back in 2021, and coupled with her massage skills, she particularly enjoys working with clients that are fitness oriented, wanting to perform at peak levels, with the help of regular massage therapy.

Leina is at our clinic on:

Wednesdays 2-7pm
Thursdays 2-7pm
Saturdays 9am-2pm
Sundays 9am-2pm (one per month)

💕Great news! After helping out whilst Leina was away, the lovely Helen has decided to come back to the TB team, 2 days per week.

👏We are thrilled to have our 5th talented massage therapist on the schedule, to provide more availability to our clients needing remedial, deep tissue, sports and pregnancy massages.

Helen’s background is extensive, coming with 30 years’ experience in remedial massage and beauty therapy. As she approaches the stage of retirement, Helen will be committed to the clinic until May 2025, and will then decide whether she continues her career for a little while longer, or hangs up her massage skills forever.

Helen’s health fund provider numbers are on their way. We anticipate a 3-4 week turnaround, and once they arrive, you’ll be able to claim with your health fund. How good is that!

Helen will be at the clinic on:

Tuesdays 2.45-8pm
Fridays 1.45-7pm

🤰If your baby is in breech, it’s recommended to start your pregnancy massages no later than 33 weeks, to ensure there’s enough time to soften any connective tissue and muscular restrictions, that may be inhibiting baby’s ability to turn.
