Enjoy a suspended and supported meditation in a beautiful, cozy ceiling hammock as you are guided back to powerful times of before you came into this physical body and key points since, all reminding you of the true you! How you are still that precious, whole, complete, beautiful, limitless, powerful little baby, just in a bigger package. Can be enjoyed over and over to keep returning to the true you building stronger self belief and self trust!!
