Lately I’ve been learning that not everything needs to be rushed. Some of the most beautiful moments happen when you take the long way, stop often, and let yourself be fully where you are.

Wide open skies. Mountain reflections. Cold water. Good company. A reminder that there’s beauty to be found when we stop rushing toward what’s next.

This Friday’s Earth Element Sound Bath is designed to bring you back down into your body—
out of the mind, and into something steady, supported, and real.

With the Scorpio Full Moon, emotions can rise to the surface.
Not to overwhelm you…
but to be felt, released, and transformed.

This isn’t about pushing anything away.
It’s about creating a space where your system can safely soften and recalibrate.

Through grounding frequencies, slow rhythms, and deep rest,
we’ll work with the body and nervous system to come back into balance.

What a weekend… I’m still feeling it dance in my heart. ✨

So much gratitude for the opportunity to hold space for ten incredible women at the Elemental Alchemy Retreat.
To witness connection unfold, stories shared, and the quiet moments where something within shifts… it’s something I don’t take lightly.

We moved together through ceremony and experience—
an animal spirit journey, a powerful fire ceremony, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony.
We softened into sound through mantra chanting, a nourishing sound bath, and a gong journey that carried us deep.

There was the beauty of a despacho ceremony to honour Mother Earth, incredible food that nourished us, and moments that felt so real and human—
laughter echoing through the space, tears being held with care, and so many genuine, grounding hugs.

These weekends remind me that healing doesn’t have to be complicated…
Sometimes it looks like being together, being witnessed, and allowing what’s true to move through.

I feel so honoured to have shared this space with each of you. Thank you for trusting us, and for bringing your whole selves into the circle. 🤍 .alignment
