I just wanted to remind everybody that there is always help if you ask. Doesn’t have to be in the form of human beings there is help everywhere. Ask your angels/spirit guides/ancestors/God or whatever you believe in for help. If you don’t ask they don’t tend to help so don’t be afraid to do that.
Unfortunately our society has made it so that we don’t do that with each other anymore but there’s help everywhere. So when you’re feeling overwhelmed just reach out to the universe and your spirit team or whatever you believe in will be there .

Sometimes I think we forget about this in the crazy world so I just wanted to post a reminder to everybody that it’s OK to ask for help . 🙏🏻 just be open to the form of help that you may receive because it may surprise you . There are signs everywhere
