āWhen I started working with Sydney, my goal was to build strength, feel strong, and make sure I was using proper form while doing it. From our initial call, Sydney was warm, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed. I told her that my measure of success would be being able to complete sets more easily over time or lift heavier weights. At the beginning, I wasnāt interested in tracking my food, so Sydney created a meal plan that fit my needs and lifestyle. As the months went on, I saw success as I was able to lift heavier weights and would consistently hit PRs. Eventually, we started tracking my food, and Sydney made the it feel manageable and judgment free. She gave me the space to be kind to myself when I didnāt meet my targets.
One of the things I appreciate most about Sydney is how relatable and authentic she is. She reminds her clients that sheās human too and that everyone has good and bad days. Sheās always your biggest cheerleader and will celebrate every win.
Over the past year, I fell in love with the progress I was making and the confidence that came with it. Being active has become such an important part of my life. It helps me manage stress and supports my mental health. It has also helped me discover a level of confidence I didnāt know I was missing. Looking back on the past year, Iām so grateful for this journey and for Sydneyās support every step of the way. I love the woman I am becoming, and I am incredibly thankful to Sydney for helping me become the current version of myself and inspiring me to continue to grow. ā
