Oakhenge Essential Oil Collections 🌿

These aren't just pretty bottles that smell good.

Each Oakhenge collection has been intentionally created around the way we actually use essential oils in our lives and our work.

✨ Brave Souls Collective
A collection created for the brave, complicated, beautifully human work of moving through life.

🌈 The 9 Chakra Collection
Nine blends created to work intentionally with the energetic body, from grounding and stability through connection and higher awareness.

🌙 The Ritual Collection
Blends created to become part of your personal practices, circles, seasonal work and those moments when you want to mark something with intention.

Different collections. Different purposes. A whole lot of really beautiful oil.

First day energy. 🚌

One off to Grade 10. One off to Grade 11. Two home with me for Grade 7.

Summer is ending, fall is beginning, and somehow both things can be true at once.

We squeezed in one last ice cream trip, and today the twins and I are starting very softly — basically locating the pencils and acknowledging that school exists. 😂

Here’s to new chapters, old roots, and carrying a little summer with us.

It’s been a couple of weeks since I’ve actually made a video, and apparently the forest has decided I’m allowed to re-enter society.
Today was our first day of school.
My two older kids headed off to high school this morning — one into Grade 10 and one into Grade 11 — which feels completely unreasonable because I am quite certain they were tiny about five minutes ago.
Meanwhile, the twins and I are having what I am calling a very soft start to homeschool.
Very soft.
Almost suspiciously soft.
We are acknowledging that education exists, locating the pencils, and gently reintroducing ourselves to the concept of a schedule.
We also squeezed in one last summer ice cream trip to officially close out vacation, because apparently I need carbohydrates and dairy in order to process seasonal transitions.
And honestly, today feels a little bittersweet.
There’s something about this time of year that always feels like standing with one foot in summer and one foot in fall.
The garden is still producing.
The forest is still green.
It’s still warm enough to convince yourself that summer isn’t over.
But you can feel the shift.
Spiritually, fall has always felt like this threshold season to me.
It reminds us that endings and beginnings don’t politely wait their turn.
Sometimes they happen at exactly the same time.
One chapter closes while another is already kicking the door open.
We harvest what grew.
We look at what absolutely did not grow despite our best efforts.
We figure out what we want to carry with us.
And what can be composted — literally or spiritually.
Oakhenge is shifting into fall too.
We have Community Sound Bath tonight, Goddess Circle on Friday, and then Saturday we’re doing Herbalism in the morning and Introduction to Your Intuition & Pendulums in the afternoon.
So I suppose this is me officially turning toward fall.
Not dragging summer out of the forest by its ankles.
Just noticing the change.
Letting one thing end.
Letting something else begin.
And probably making tea about it.

Getting everything ready for Saturday’s Mind & Focus Herbalism class 🌿✨

We’ll be making three beautiful take-home creations together:

🍄 Lion’s Mane & Reishi Mushroom Tincture — a supportive blend for focus, creativity and resilience.
🌱 Focus Tea Blend — gotu kola, peppermint and ginkgo for a fresh, uplifting cup.
✨ Herbal Aromatherapy Focus Roll-On — a portable little blend to reach for during study, work or busy days.

I love classes where you get to learn the plants, understand why we’re using them, make everything with your own hands, and then take home products you’ll actually use.

And if you’re joining us for the Pendulum class at 1 PM too, bring a bagged lunch and stay awhile — we can eat together by the lake or in the forest between classes.

Getting ready for Saturday’s Introduction to Intuition & Pendulums class

I’ve been preparing all the little details so you can leave with more than just an experience. Your class includes a take-home pendulum, a book to keep learning from, and worksheets to help you practise what we explore together.

We’ll talk about how pendulums work, how to build trust in your own intuition, how to ask clearer questions, and how to begin using your pendulum with confidence.

This Saturday is one of those lovely Oakhenge days where you can make a whole little retreat of it. 🌿✨

Join me at 10:00am for **Mind & Focus: Herbal Support for Study & Work**, then stay for **Introduction to Your Intuition & Pendulums** at 1:00pm.

And if you’re coming to both, don’t rush away in between. Bring yourself a bagged lunch and stay to eat with me. 💚 We can gather by the lake or find a spot in the forest, have lunch together, chat, connect, and just enjoy being in community for a while.

Oakhenge has never really been about simply arriving for a class and leaving again. It’s about learning together, sharing space, getting to know one another, and creating the kind of community where people actually feel like they belong.

Come for one workshop or make a day of it with us. 🌲
