For so long I thought wanting more meant I wasn’t grateful enough for what I had. That desire was something to examine, regulate, or release… not something to actually follow.

A lot of the women I work with carry this same thing. They’ve done years of inner work and somewhere in it, they absorbed the idea that ease is avoidance and wanting is a red flag. So they keep healing. Keep processing. Keep preparing for a life they never quite let themselves step into.

But the work was never supposed to be the destination. It was supposed to change what your life looks like. What you tolerate, what you choose, what you let yourself receive.

You’re allowed to want the beautiful, full, abundant version of your life. Not as a reward for enough growth. Just because you’re here and you chose to be.

What’s one thing you’ve been waiting to want until you felt ready enough?

The mother wound doesn’t always look like what you think.

It doesn’t always come with a dramatic story. Sometimes it looks like a woman who is incredible at nurturing everyone around her and genuinely cannot explain why she feels so depleted, why the voice in her head is so much harsher than anything she’d ever say out loud, why she keeps waiting for permission that never comes.

Ainsley came to me like that. A mother herself, carrying a wound that had been passed down so quietly she thought it was just... her.

Nine months later, I felt her spirit guides kneeling at her feet in reverence during our final healing session. I don’t say that lightly.

What changed? She went back for the girl who was never properly mothered. And she became that for herself.

Swipe through her story. If something in it feels familiar, I want to hear from you.

Tell me in the comments: what did your younger self need that she never got?

I wrote this because I think clarity is an act of respect.

Respecting your time. Respecting mine. And respecting the women who are genuinely ready for this work by making space for them specifically.

This is not a list of flaws. Every woman on it is exactly where she needs to be. This work just might not be the right fit right now, and that’s okay.

But if something in you recognized yourself in that last slide, the door is open. 🩷

The Transmission is back.

This week I’m naming something I see constantly: in the wellness space, in the some of the women I work with, and honestly in versions of myself from years ago.

Performing your healing is exhausting in a very specific way. Because you’re spending energy managing the appearance of the work rather than actually doing it.

The shift happens when you’re willing to be in process without an audience. When the healing happens in the quiet, in the session, in the moment nobody’s watching.

That’s where the real stuff lives.

Save this. And if it landed, share it with someone who needed to hear it. 🖤

Once a month I open a room.

No performance. No agenda. No pressure to be further along than you are.

Just women who are ready to drop in, receive, and remember who they are.

Group energy healing. Channelled guidance. Meditation. The occasional hot seat moment if the energy calls for it.

It’s called The Devotion Room and it’s completely free.

Next one is August 11th at 7:30 PM EST on Zoom.

If July has asked a lot of you (and I have a feeling it has) this is your invitation to be held for a little while.

Register through the link in my bio.
Bring someone who needs it.
Come exactly as you are. 🕯️

I turned 31 yesterday and honestly I’m feeling it in the best way.

Someone asked me what energy I’m calling in for this year and the answer came so fast it surprised me a little.
Slow down. Soften.

I’ve spent most of my life running at 110% and it worked. I’m proud of what that energy built. But something has been shifting in me for a while now and this feels like the year I actually lean into it.

Getting married. Stepping into new chapters I’m only just starting to let myself imagine. Wanting to be really present for all of it rather than just moving through it at my usual pace.

I’m shifting how I run my business. Being more intentional about where my energy goes. Trusting things to unfold instead of forcing them. Leading more from my feminine side (receiving, softening, allowing) instead of always doing and pushing and proving.

It’s already happening and it feels like coming home to something.

Here’s to 31. 🩷

Something I’ve never been fully transparent about on here.

For years I carried this quiet belief that being a healer meant having arrived somewhere. That I needed to be resolved, together, further along before I could truly honour what this work was asking of me.

And what that belief actually did (the part I didn’t see until much later) was keep me from honouring what I was genuinely moving through in my own life. I was suppressing parts of myself to maintain an image of what I thought a healer was supposed to look like. And that suppression kept me stuck in ways I’m only now fully understanding.

The shift was slow. It came through my daily life and actions, and through the moments where I allowed myself to just be human in a session and watched what happened as a result.

What happened was that people received more. Not less.
Because I could meet them in the real of it. Not from a pedestal. From right beside them.

I am still healing. I am still figuring things out. I am still moving through my own layers while I help other women move through theirs.

And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Save this for the next time you feel like you need to be further along before you’re allowed to show up fully.

You don’t. 🫶
