Last October, I shared a milestone in my physique journey. Today, I want to share another one โ and this one means so much more.
A little recapโฆ
I was diagnosed with ๐ต๐๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ธ ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฎ, and since then, Iโve been taking ๐๐บ๐น๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐น to help manage it.
But in ๐๐๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ, something shifted in me.
I made a serious decision to finally take better care of my health โ not just for aesthetics, not just for fitness, but for life.
I enrolled in a program that gave me so much more than physical transformation.
It gave me discipline, structure, self-awareness, and personal growth that I still carry with me every single day.
Then came ๐ก๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฑ โ just 3 months of building the small habits I learned through Kaizen.
And one of the biggest wins?
My medication dosage for one of my maintenance meds was already reduced.
And now, here we are in ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒโฆ
Because of consistently choosing better habits, staying mindful, and showing up with discipline even on the hard days, ๐บ๐ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ฎ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฎ๐ฑ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐บ๐ฒ ๐๐ผ ๐๐๐ผ๐ฝ ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐บ๐น๐ผ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฝ๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ.
And honestlyโฆ that hit different.
Because this is proof that ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐, ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐, ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐๐น๐ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ.
This journey has never been perfect.
There were dips. There were lows. There were days I didnโt feel motivated.
But I kept going โ one decision, one habit, one day at a time.
And if sharing this can inspire even one person to start taking care of themselves tooโฆ
Then every hard day, every reset, and every small step was worth it.

And sometimes, the smallest changes create the biggest breakthroughs.
