Please be kind and let me know the day befor if you are unable to make your appointments. Its hard to fill an appointment same day someone cancels. When yoy get a text remeinder thats when you should call the clinic, leave a messege to cancel if you cant make it.

At ENLIGHTEN Fredericton, every appointment is reserved especially for you. We kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in our practitioners' schedules that are often impossible to fill, directly impacting their income and the time they have dedicated to your care.
We truly understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your understanding when they do. Whenever possible, providing 24 hours' notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client who may be waiting.
