We work hard to create an atmosphere that is welcoming to everybody and every body. We currently offer a wide range of fitness classes including Zumba, Body Blast, Strong Nation, Circuit Training and more. Shake It Off Studio is a place to come and shake away your day, we believe that movement should be fun!

Today we hold space for all experiences of motherhood and nurturing.

We celebrate mothers, stepmothers, chosen moms, and those who mother in ways that don’t always get recognized.

We honour caregivers, aunties, mentors, and anyone who shows up with love and care.
We also acknowledge those who are longing to be mothers, those who have lost, those navigating complicated relationships, and those for whom today feels heavy.

However this day lands for you — joy, grief, love, or something in between — you are seen, valued, and worthy of care.

📍 Grand River Raceway
Join us for an evening of fun at the races!
Includes: dinner, beverages, dessert, and more.
👉 Minimum of 12 people required to run this event.

⚾ Sunday, August 16 – Studio Outing to a Jays Game
Cheer on the Blue Jays with your studio crew!
