Everyone has hidden talents!

That is exactly what Jay Sawatzky from the Claresholm Library found out after working alongside an employee connected through our H.I.R.E. program.

We truly believe that when you give someone a real chance to work, their strengths shine. Often, the skills that make the biggest difference in a workplace aren't things you can write down on a resume. They are talents you discover over time through trust, patience, and a welcoming environment.

We are so grateful to community leaders and workplaces like the Claresholm Library that see people's true potential and give them a fair shot at success.

Every journey starts with a first step.

Through the H.I.R.E. Program, we have the privilege of supporting people as they build confidence, develop skills, and work toward their employment goals.

Success looks different for everyone. For some, it's gaining confidence. For others, it's learning new skills, securing employment, or taking the next step toward independence.

Today, we're celebrating another wonderful success story as one of our participants hits a major summer milestone. We are so proud to highlight the hard work, determination, and growth that made it possible.
