You can be wildly disciplined and still be abandoning yourself.

You can show up for your career, your family, Your clients,
Your team and your responsibilities.

And still keep putting your own body at the bottom of the list.

That’s the trap.🪤

Because eventually, “I’m too busy” becomes low energy.

👉 Low confidence.
👉 Clothes that don’t feel right.
👉 A body you don’t recognize.

And the quiet resentment of knowing you keep showing up for everyone except yourself.
