Let’s get back to it.

There was a time when gathering women together was a huge part of what I did through this business.

We crafted. We moved. We learned. We laughed. We cried. We drank Witch’s Brew. We explored different parts of ourselves. We met new people, shared stories and built connections.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped doing as much of it.

But lately, I’ve been reminded just how much I miss it.

I originally started creating these events because I wanted to offer women something I felt was missing…a place to go that wasn’t the bar, the gym, work, or something centred around our kids.

Just a couple of hours that were for YOU.

A place to relax. To feel. To explore. To laugh. To create. To connect with yourself and with other women. To leave feeling a little lighter, a little more nourished, and a little more like you.

So… let’s get back to it. 🥰

There’s something about this time of year that always feels like a shift. 🍂

Summer isn’t quite gone, but you can feel things beginning to change.

The evenings come a little sooner.

The air feels different.

With school beginning again tomorrow, routines start returning.

After the fullness and sometimes chaos of summer, life begins settling into a different rhythm.

We move through seasons internally, too.

Sometimes we’re in a season of doing and creating.

Sometimes we’re growing quietly beneath the surface.

Sometimes we’re ready to release things that no longer fit.

And sometimes we’re simply figuring out what the next season of ourselves looks like.

You don’t have to rush into the next version of you just because the season is changing.

You’re allowed to arrive there slowly.

Or maybe it feels like it’s carrying you forward with momentum.

Either way, you’re allowed to let it naturally flow.

Don’t force it.

Okay… I’ve been feeling the pull toward this one again!

If you’ve been around Gemini Sol for a while, you may remember Engage Your Rage.

And if you don’t… let me introduce you.

ENGAGE YOUR RAGE 🔥

90 minutes. Women only.

A space where you don’t have to be calm.�You don’t have to be quiet.�You don’t have to make yourself smaller or more palatable.

For the first half, we turn up the music, build heat through intentional movement, and give ourselves permission to feel and express the things we’re so often taught to shove down.

The anger. The grief. The frustration. The hurt. The I’ve had enough.

Move it. Shake it. Make noise. Swear. Yell if your body wants to.

And then we shift.

The music softens. The movement softens.

We slow down, soothe the nervous system, move intuitively, breathe, rest, and give ourselves the same permission to be tender that we just gave ourselves to be fierce.

Because there is space for both.

The fiery parts of you that are angry, frustrated, hurt and fu***ng DONE.

And the softer parts of you that need tenderness, nurturing, rest, compassion and care.

So before I start planning… I want to know: should I bring it back? 🔥

💜 Meet the Gemini Sol Heart Project. 💜

Yesterday I told you I was launching a little something new.

Something small. Something handmade. And something created simply to put a little more light and love into the world.

This is it!

Little crocheted hearts, handmade by me, that are meant to find their way into the hands of someone who might need a tiny reminder that they are seen, they matter, they are loved, and there is still kindness in the world.

The first hearts made their way out into the world at last night's market, where anyone could choose one to take home. No purchase, no catch, just a little love to keep.

But that's only the beginning.

Moving the project forward, I'll be leaving hearts in little unexpected places around our community (and wherever else life takes me) for people to find.

If you find one, it's yours!

Keep it somewhere that makes you smile. Give it to someone who needs it. Or simply let it remind you that a stranger took a few minutes to make something with the hope that it would eventually find you.

It’s been created with a whole lot of heart.

And, I finally get to share it for the first time!

A little project from Gemini Sol Sanctuary, created simply to put a little more kindness, connection, and love out into the world.

(Because you can never have too much love or kindness)

🌿 Sanctuary Sunday 🌿

Yesterday was Lammas, which is a great seasonal time to pause and acknowledge what has grown.

Whether out in the open, of underneath the surface, we are always growing as people.

🌾 Today is Lammas (also known as Lughnasadh), the first of three harvest festivals on the Wheel of the Year.

As the seasons slowly begin to shift, Lammas reminds us to pause and notice what has grown.

The berries and fruits are ready to be gathered, spring plants begin to wither and release their seeds for future growth, grains are harvested, and in some places, the first corn is ready to be picked. 🌽

Traditionally celebrated in Celtic cultures, Lughnasadh was a festival honouring the Sun God Lugh. The name itself means "Praise Lugh."

It was a time of gratitude for the first harvest, with offerings of bread, wheat, and corn given in thanks for the abundance of the season.

It also marks the halfway point between the Summer Solstice and the Autumn Equinox, a gentle reminder that nature is always changing, and so are we.

What I love most about Lammas isn't only its history.

It's the invitation it offers us.

In a world that often encourages us to focus on what's next, Lammas asks us to pause and acknowledge what we've already cultivated.

Not just in our gardens, but within ourselves.

I realized something about why I created Gemini Sol Sanctuary.

It was never just about Reiki.
Or somatic healing.
Or yoga.
Or intuitive guidance.

Those are simply the ways I hold space.

The truth is…

I created this because I know what it's like to feel like you've lost yourself beneath responsibilities, expectations, and taking care of everyone else.

I’ve worn those shoes, and sometimes still feel lost in myself (yup, I’m human!).

For a long time, I believed I needed to become a "better" version of myself before I could finally feel enough.

A better mom, a better friend, a better partner, a better business owner, learn more, do more…

But I've realized something different.

I don't believe women are broken.

I believe women have spent far too long believing they have to earn rest, prove their worth, or hold everything together on their own.

I believe we become disconnected from ourselves because life asks so much of us.

I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about remembering who you've always been.

It's about remembering the woman who has always been there beneath the expectations, the responsibilities, and the exhaustion.

Gemini Sol Sanctuary isn't here to fix anyone.

It's here to offer a space where you can slow down, breathe, feel supported, and reconnect with yourself.

I believe the strength, wisdom, and worth you've been searching for have already been within you all along.

Sometimes, we just need a safe space to remember.
