Earlier this year, I applied for a scholarship to help me pursue my Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) designation. I was incredibly grateful to receive that scholarship, and as of early May, I officially became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist.
This achievement represents many hours of learning, practice, growth, and support from those around me. While I am excited for this next chapter, I am still finding my footing in this new role and learning how best to move forward. I appreciate your patience and understanding as I continue to navigate what this journey looks like.
Most importantly, I want to acknowledge the clients who have trusted me and allowed me to practice and refine my skills and touch. Your willingness to be part of my learning has been invaluable. It is a privilege to help people, support them in their care, and be entrusted with such an important part of their health and well-being. That is a responsibility I do not take for granted.
I am humbled, honoured, and grateful for the opportunity to continue learning and serving this community.
