A point of contemplation..
If mass programming is to keep us in survival mode and survival mode keeps us low vibration and a low vibration makes us sick how and what can we do to climb out of the survival programming (anger, fear, anxiety, blame)
It takes COURAGE to shift yourself out of survival mode. It takes courage to unplug and stay away from programming that keeps us low vibration. It takes courage to start and keep a meditation practice, to build a community, to start learning something new.
Think of all of the times you had the courage to shift your life. Even the seemingly small moments such as paying a stranger a compliment, taking a walk in your neighbouhood, trying a new healthy recipe or food item.
Now think of some larger moments you had the courage to break free from. Maybe this has you practicing yoga outside, going back to school to study something you truly love, or leading a meditation group. 🤯
I bet if you gave it some thought you can look back on your life and see how having courage shifted your life for the better.
Courage takes us to the possibility of reaching the highest state of consciousness, which is enlightenment. (see the second image)✨️
We wouldn't expect to stay in higher levels of consciousness 24/7 but as you find the courage to practice love, peace, authenticity and gratitude you will find it easier to get there and stay there for longer periods of time. 💫
