Today, I had the opportunity to speak at the IV Global Summit on Science, Nature & Health (Forest Therapy Hub) alongside a global community of researchers, clinicians, and leaders shaping the future of health.

My talk was Quantifying Nature for Planetary Health

I explored:

▪️How nature can be quantified as a core determinant of health
▪️How we can forecast health outcomes based on environmental exposure
▪️Where data can guide targeted, high-impact interventions
▪️And how translating nature into the language of economics, risk, and investment is shifting decision-making at the highest levels

And it feels like we’re just getting started!

Grateful to contribute to this global dialogue, and to learn from so many people pushing this work forward.

Grateful to be featured in Nature’s Path to Wellness 🌿

This short film captures something I see every day in my work: that simple, everyday connections with nature can be profoundly healing. ESPECIALLY in a world that so often pulls us indoors and online.

I’m proud to be part of this project and deeply thankful to everyone who helped bring it to life. A heartfelt thank you to the Mississippi Madawaska Land Trust for their vision and leadership, and to Pinegrove Productions for capturing these stories with such care and sensitivity.
