We believe true Healing comes from Within. Treatments are given in a soothing, quiet, relaxed, comfortable environment. All treatments of clients are confidential. In All treatments the client is fully clothed. Reiki meaning universal life energy. Reiki is an ancient laying-on of hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal, balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki

addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances. (Hands do not have to touch the body)
Crystal therapies include crystal massage, crystal reflexology using crystals on the feet, ears and hands. Balancing of all Chakra centers with specific crystals. This treatment is non-invasive. Energy Medicine is a term used for holistic healing therapies that are focused on manipulating "life force" to bring about balance and wellness. Other therapies involve non-touch, or absentia treatments. Specific areas treated are the aura, human energy field, chakras, and the meridian system. Sound Vibrational Therapy sessions offered. Hypnotherapy Treatments include Clinical as well as Spiritual Hypnosis ~ healing the body mind & soul by working through our Past ~ Present Regression and Past Life Regression. Life Between Lives Regression Therapy registered with the Newton institute. Also specializing in Sexual hypnosis ~ where emotions and past experiences affect future happiness in a relationship. Beautiful pieces of jewelry each handcrafted for specific needs can be purchased or ordered, depending on the need of the client. Essential oils available as well as in house blended oils and smudge sprays. Our Shop is open on Fridays for walk in, other days by appointment only.

Eeyore: “Pooh, how do you stop yourself from answering people who upset you?”

Pooh: “I’m not sure I always can, Eeyore. But I’m learning that not everything deserves an answer.”

Eeyore: “Even when they’re wrong?”

Pooh: “Especially then, sometimes.”

Eeyore stared out at the rain.

Eeyore: “But if I stay quiet, they might think they’ve won.”

Pooh: “Perhaps peace isn’t about winning.”

Eeyore: “Then what is it about?”

Pooh: “Knowing that your heart is too valuable to spend all day arguing with things that only make it heavy.”

Eeyore thought for a moment.

Eeyore: “So you just walk away?”

Pooh: “Sometimes. Not because I have nothing to say, but because I’ve finally understood that saying it won’t change anything.”

Eeyore: “That sounds difficult.”

Pooh: “At first. We become so used to defending ourselves, explaining ourselves, and answering every unkind word that silence can feel like losing.”

Eeyore: “And later?”

Pooh adjusted the umbrella so a little more of it covered Eeyore.

Pooh: “Later, silence begins to feel like freedom.”

Eeyore: “What if they keep trying to get a reaction?”

Pooh: “Then let them try. You don’t have to attend every argument you’re invited to.”

Eeyore gave the smallest smile.

Eeyore: “I suppose I’ve attended rather too many.”

Pooh: “Then perhaps it’s time to stay home from a few.”

They stood quietly beneath the umbrella, listening to the rain.

Eeyore: “Pooh?”

Pooh: “Yes, Eeyore?”

Eeyore: “Maybe peace isn’t when everything around you becomes quiet.”

Pooh: “No. Sometimes peace is when you finally decide that not everything around you deserves a place inside you.”
