Why Anger Drains Your Energy
Hey there, anger isn’t the enemy. It’s just a high-voltage signal in your body, a surge of energy looking for release. In our journey through emotional regulation and energy healing, we often treat anger like a villain. But really, it’s an expensive state to stay in—like leaving the lights on all night. When you get stuck in that middle, mid-flame zone you start to feel the burn in your relationships, your focus, and even your nervous system.
Here’s the practice: don’t shove the feeling down. Instead, anchor yourself in presence—feel the stir at the beginning, notice the height in the middle, and watch it fade at the end. It’s just like a wave rolling in on the shore. With a bit of Reiki awareness or mind-body practice you learn to ride it without wiping out. You stay grounded and allow the emotion to complete its arc naturally.
