Something new for July. I’ve been thinking about this idea since exploring it with a private group.

I will guide guests through restorative postures using props to bring the earth up to the body. This allows surrender into each shape. When we can surrender, the breath, the mind, the nervous system can settle.

Guests will receive sound vibrations designed in each shape.

Transitions will be slow and intentional.

The session will end with a sound savasana and silence.
