Being you isn't always easy, and it isn't always safe. We recognize, especially in recent years and this political climate, that our trans brothers and sisters are being targeted more than ever. It is important for us to support one another, and drown out the hate by showing up with love for our community, and ourselves.
For that reason, we stand together with all of you during Pride, and all year long. We're here, whether you want to be you out loud, or quietly in a one-to-one office setting... whenever you're ready, however you walk through the door, we are just happy to see You.

You Therapies has partnered with the Mount Royal Aftergrad planning committee to fundraise through our You Can 2 Project so the 2026 grads who have worked so hard get to have an awesome celebration of their achievement!

In June:
We will once again be showing our pride in the Pride Parade, and you will find us at the Pride Market. Come get some self- care products, and talk to us about mental health and wellness.

Our You Turn integration group is back! We have an in-person option and a virtual option. Come talk, laugh, support one another and learn from each other.

And coming in fall:
You, Me & ADHD group starts- a group for couples navigating ADHD in their relationships.

We are so grateful to be able to do this work, together, in our community and to be entering our third year as a business is so exciting! We kicked off the start of year 3 in a brand new location (so, while the post is late, the excitement has been going on for a while)!

We are brining it back: You-Turn! A monthly group for navigating plant and spirit medicines, harm reduction, and integration.

If you have used plant or spirit medicines as part of your healing, including IV Ketamine and SAP approved treatments at the Linden Medical Center, this group is for you. Deepen your understanding, skills, and support network to help give you the best chance at lasting change.

Pricing update and Direct Billing Available

More about direct billing:
Both therapists in our office now offer direct billing to certain insurance plans. This is one step toward more easily accessible services for our clients.

What does this mean for you?

If you are covered by an insurance plan we can direct bill to, you have the option to have us directly bill to them- they pay us rather than you having to submit invoices to them yourself.

You can always continue to pay and submit receipts on your own too!

And for the insurers we cannot direct bill to- if they have been covering your services before now, nothing changes.
