The lunch-packing season is back, and if you are anything like most of us, you are just trying to get something into the bag before everyone heads out the door. No judgement here at all!

I pulled together a few tooth-friendly snack ideas that are easy to reach for, the kind that are a little gentler on teeth without asking anyone to rethink their whole routine. A lot of people tell me they have been thinking about whitening for a while but were not sure where to start. If that is you, there is no rush at all. Custom whitening trays are free with your initial dental hygiene assessment, and gel refills are included with your regular cleanings, when it is clinically appropriate. Healthy teeth and gums always come first, and I am happy to walk you through what that looks like whenever you are ready. You can ask me at your next visit, or book online whenever it feels right for you.
