聖誕快樂，新年快樂！
又到年底了，想停下來好好說聲謝謝。
今年Liora在社群媒體上比較少發聲，但我們一直沒有停下來——用一些微小但有意義的方式傾聽、學習、陪伴。
我們花了不少時間走訪社區，了解病人、照顧者、新移民，還有從香港 台灣 英國 受訓回來的醫護人員。這些對話讓我們更清楚大家需要什麼，也影響了我們提供支持的方向。
這一年，我們陪著一些家庭和個人走過——像是陪病人去看病，或是在主要照顧者必須出遠門時幫忙接手。沒什麼轟轟烈烈的大事，就是在需要的時候，陪在身邊。
特別感謝早期贊助Liora的夥伴，謝謝你們願意相信這件事。因為你們的支持，我們已經開始為2026年的教育計劃存下第一筆款項。接下來我也會謹慎運用這些資源，讓每分心意都落在實處。
一路上，還遇到很多溫暖的顧問、合作夥伴，謝謝你們給的鼓勵、建議與支持——這條路，真的不是一個人走的。
明年，我們會把重心放在教育和籌募經費上，希望讓服務走得更穩、更遠。
謝謝這一年所有給予善意、鼓勵和關心的人。希望這份「互相陪伴」的心意，在新的一年能夠傳遞給更多長輩、照顧者和新來的朋友。

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year
As the year comes to a close, I want to pause and say thank you.
Liora has been quieter on social media this year, but the work has been happening — listening, learning, and serving in small but meaningful ways.
We spent time surveying the community to better understand the perspectives of patients, caregivers, newcomers, and internationally trained healthcare providers. Those conversations have helped shape how we think about support and what is most needed.
We had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families — accompanying patients to medical appointments and providing coverage when primary caregivers needed to be out of town. Nothing flashy, just being there when it mattered.
I’m deeply grateful to the sponsors who believed in this work and supported Liora in its early stages. Their generosity has allowed us to begin setting aside funds for education initiatives planned for 2026, and I’m committed to stewarding these resources thoughtfully as the work continues to take shape.
Along the way, we’ve met generous advisors, collaborators, and partners who offered encouragement, wisdom, and support — reminders that this work is never done alone.
Looking ahead to the new year, the focus will be on education and securing funding so services can be accessible and sustainable.
Thank you to everyone who showed kindness, encouragement, and care along the way. I hope that spirit — of showing up for one another — continues to reach more elderly individuals, caregivers, and newcomers in the year ahead.
