I know I’m not the only one buying 1 million courses and maybe, regretting it a little bit 🫣

I caught myself doing this last week.

I bought a course from someone whose content and business are growing quickly.

And I AM excited to learn from her.

But I also had to admit that part of the reason I bought it was FOMO.

Because I’ve been questioning my own content lately.

Am I sharing enough Human Design?

Should I be editing differently?

Should I follow more trends?

What do people actually want from me?

And somewhere in all of that noise, I started feeling disconnected from what I actually want to say.

Which is a little ironic when so much of my work is about helping people come back to themselves. 😅

I don’t think Human Design means we stop learning from other people.

I think it’s another tool for noticing the difference between:

“This inspires me.”

and

“I need to become more like this person because what I’m doing isn’t enough.”

And that distinction matters far beyond Instagram.

If you’re navigating a season where everyone seems to have an opinion about what you should do next, but you’re struggling to hear yourself in all the noise, this is exactly the kind of thing I love exploring in a reading.

DM me READING and tell me what you’re navigating. 🤍

Human Design reading • Human Design coaching • self trust • life transitions • motherhood and identity • career clarity • Human Design for women

Sometimes the biggest thing holding us back isn’t a lack of time or ability.

It’s the quiet voice that says, *”Who do you think you are?”*

That’s why I use positive affirmations. Whenever I remember, I ask Siri to play them while I’m getting ready, driving, or doing the dishes. Not because affirmations magically change my life, but because they help me notice—and slowly rewrite—the stories that keep me small.

The woman you’re imagining becoming isn’t too much.

She might just be waiting for you to believe she’s possible. 🤍

I’ll admit it... sometimes I miss my old life.

The freedom to leave the house whenever I wanted. To think uninterrupted. To finish a hot coffee.

And I also wouldn’t trade this life with my daughter for anything.

Both can be true.

The woman you were before motherhood didn’t disappear. She’s still part of you. She just doesn’t get as much space right now.

So when she knocks on the door, don’t ignore her.

Read the book. Go for coffee. Ask for help. Hire help if you can. (I’m so grateful for our nanny 🥰)

You don’t have to choose between loving motherhood and missing parts of yourself.

You’re allowed to make room for both. 🤍

Sometimes we’re so focused on where we’re not yet that we forget to look back at how far we’ve come.

My younger self could never have imagined I’d be living in Canada, raising a family, speaking on stages, and helping other women trust themselves through Human Design.

It took time.

So what?

And I could have not imagine this path 🤯

Take a moment today to ask yourself:

**Would my younger self be proud of the woman I’ve become?**

Not because of what I have.
Not because of what I do.
But because of who I am.

After all, we’re called human **beings**, not human **doings**. 🤍

For years I thought the answer was always more.

More discipline.

More consistency.

A better routine.

More productivity.

Another planner.

Another strategy.

Another course.

But every time I tried to force myself into someone else’s way of doing things, I ended up exhausted.

Learning my Human Design didn’t magically fix my life.

It gave me something much more valuable.

Permission.

Permission to stop measuring myself against people who are built differently.

Permission to trust my own pace.

Permission to make decisions in a way that actually works for me.

And now, when I read charts for other women, that’s what I hope they leave with too.

Not another list of things they should do.

But a deeper understanding of who they already are.

🤍 Have you ever spent years trying to become someone you were never meant to be?

The “terrible twos” get blamed for a lot.

But honestly…

I don’t think our toddlers are the terrible part.

I think it’s everything happening around us.

The sleep changes.
The constant movement.
The overstimulation.
The snacks. The veggies not being eaten.
The fact that they’re suddenly fast enough to disappear the second you blink.

Meanwhile, your little one is doing exactly what they’re supposed to do.

They’re discovering who they are.

And the beautiful part is that every child does that differently.

Some need to observe before jumping in.
Some learn by trying (and failing) over and over.
Some need freedom.
Some need reassurance.

When we understand their natural way of interacting with the world, we stop expecting every child to behave the same—and parenting becomes a little more compassionate for both of us.

👇 Tell me your own version of the “terrible twos.” I know there are some hilarious ones I missed! 😅

The other day, my mom friend told me:
“I know what I want to do... I just can’t seem to start.”

Then comes the guilt.

“Maybe I’ve lost my ambition.”
“Maybe I’m just lazy.”
“Maybe something is wrong with me.”

But what if your ambition hasn’t disappeared?

What if it’s simply sharing space with the invisible weight of motherhood—the mental load, the endless to-do lists, interrupted sleep, and caring for everyone else before yourself?

Be gentle with yourself.

You haven’t stopped dreaming.

You’re just carrying a lot while trying to build those dreams. 🤍

What if you stopped asking for permission to want more?

There’s a saying: *”Ask, and it shall be given.”*

Yet so many of us spend our lives apologizing for our dreams instead.

Apologizing for wanting a business.
For wanting more freedom.
For wanting to grow.
For wanting a life that feels more like *you*.

Maybe it’s time to stop saying *”sorry”* and start saying *”yes”* to the desires that keep calling you.

I don’t believe those dreams were placed in your heart by accident.

You are allowed to outgrow the woman who apologized for wanting more. 🤍

Have you ever wanted someone else to tell you if you were making the “right” decision?
I think we’ve all been there.

We want certainty.
We want reassurance.
We want someone to tell us we’re not about to make a mistake.

That’s why people often ask me,
“Can you look at my chart and tell me if this is aligned?”

But that’s not how I see Human Design. 🙅‍♀️
I don’t believe it’s here to tell you what you can or can’t do.
I believe it’s here to help you understand how you’re uniquely designed to move through life.

Maybe the dream isn’t the problem.
Maybe you’re trying to achieve it in a way that was never meant for you.
That’s the shift I love seeing in my readings.

People stop looking outside themselves for permission...
…and start trusting themselves again.

Because at the end of the day, Human Design isn’t about putting you in a box.
It’s about giving you the freedom to live your life in a way that actually feels like yours.

🤍 Have you ever asked yourself, “Is this aligned for me?” Or do you already trust yourself when making big decisions? I’d love to hear in the comments.

The time is not “now or never”.
The how is not “copy this prompt” or “follow my method”.

You don’t need anyone’s permission to just BE.

The when and how, will develop as you feel and believe you are ready.

Because YOU ARE ✨
