A simple structure is all you need to support your metabolism and muscle mass after 35.

I look forward to my meals.

🍝 And yes, I enjoy dessert every day. 🍰

For a long time, I thought loving good food was the reason I couldn’t see progress after 35.

So I tried eating lighter.
Smaller portions.
“Being good” all day.

And it always led to the same place: afternoon crashes, evening cravings, and inches around my midsection that wouldn’t move.
