Mind all over the place? feeling scattered? 
Cone back to the present moment and alleviate this anxiety.  BREATHE yourself back into your body, into the present moment.
Focus on your breath and listen to the "sound" of your breath as you breathe in and out very deeply from your belly.
Take 4 to 6 deep breaths for a count of 4 on the inhale and a count of 6 on the exhale ~ breathe out to the sound of "HAAAA".
