Healer, heal thyself.

I talk a lot about spiritual hygiene, about making sure I am a clear vessel for my clients so that any messages are not tainted by my own experiences and beliefs.

I have been blessed to have a vey hectic start to the year. But that schedule had an impact on my energy.

My guides over the last week have been telling me to help people cut/unplug cords for my clients, which I have done. But I missed the part where I should do that for myself as well.

Any interaction in your day can create energy cords that can deplete you. These cords can attach intentionally or unintentionally. Removing those cords at the end of the day will preserve your energy going in to the new day. Cords of love will reattach.

After an intensive exercise last night to remove cords, I am feeling better today than I have in weeks.

We are all energetic beings and preserving that energy is critical.
