Information on Cervical Screening self-testing kits.

Millions of women in England are to be offered HPV self-testing kits as the new service rolls out from today.

The kits will be offered to those who haven’t attended cervical screening following previous invitations, providing a discreet and convenient way to test for high-risk HPV at home.

Physiotherapy Self-Referral

Free Self-Management App for Muscle and Joint Problems

Joint and muscle problems are common, and most conditions improve with self-management. Before submitting a self-referral form, we encourage you to download the free getUBetter app to manage your symptoms at home before seeking physiotherapy.

Enter your postcode, select GP practice, and create an account to begin managing your symptoms.

If your symptoms do not improve, you have the option to self-refer for physiotherapy within the getUBetter app.

Once the in-app referral form has been completed, the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Physiotherapy team will review it.
