Buom yn gweithio gyda Llywodraeth Cymru i greu fersiwn Hawdd ei Ddeall o'u canllaw Gwrando ar Bobl am wneud cwynion am wasanaethau'r GIG yng Nghymru. https://www.easyread.wales/cy/gwaith-diweddar/llywodraeth-cymru-canllaw-gwrando-ar-bobl-yn-hawdd-ei-ddeall/

Mae'r canllaw yn esbonio proses gwyno newydd GIG Cymru mewn ffordd glir a hygyrch. Mae'n helpu pobl i ddeall sut i wneud cwyn, pa gymorth sydd ar gael, a beth sy'n digwydd ar ôl i gŵyn gael ei wneud.

Mae'n esbonio y dylid gwrando ar bobl a'u trin â pharch wrth godi pryderon am ofal y GIG. Mae'r canllaw yn cynnwys gwybodaeth am gymorth eiriolaeth, cyfathrebu hygyrch, ymchwiliadau, a'r hyn y gall pobl ei wneud os ydynt yn dal i fod yn anhapus â'r canlyniad.

Mae'r canllaw hefyd yn esbonio gwahanol gamau'r broses gwyno a sut y dylai gwasanaethau'r GIG ymateb i gwynion a dysgu oddi wrthynt i helpu i wella gofal.

Fe wnaethom hefyd fersiwn Saesneg Hawdd ei Ddeall o'r canllaw. Mae'r ddwy fersiwn yn hygyrch yn ddigidol i weithio gyda darllenwyr sgrin a thechnoleg gynorthwyol.

We worked with the Welsh Government to create an Easy Read version of their Listening to People guide about making complaints about NHS services in Wales. https://www.easyread.wales/recent-work/welsh-government-easy-read-listening-to-people-guide/

The guide explains the new NHS Wales complaints process in a clear and accessible way. It helps people understand how to make a complaint, what support is available, and what happens after a complaint is made.

It explains that people should be listened to and treated with respect when raising concerns about NHS care. The guide includes information about advocacy support, accessible communication, investigations, and what people can do if they are still unhappy with the outcome.

The guide also explains the different stages of the complaints process and how NHS services should respond to complaints and learn from them to help improve care.

We also made a Welsh Easy Read version of the guide. Both versions are digitally accessible to work with screen readers and assistive technology.

Today is Global Accessibility Awareness Day. It reminds us that accessibility isn't just nice to have - it is essential.

For people with a learning disability, accessibility can mean the difference between being included or excluded, understood or overlooked, empowered or left behind.

It is about:

Clear communication
Inclusive design
Creating inclusive physical and digital spaces
Everyone being able to participate fully and confidently

That’s why the focus of our annual conference this year is digital inclusion. We’ll be looking at what real, meaningful digital accessibility looks like, listening to living experiences, and sharing practical ways we can all do better.

Heddiw yw Diwrnod Ymwybyddiaeth Hygyrchedd Byd-eang. Mae'n ein hatgoffa nad yw hygyrchedd yn braf i'w gael yn unig - mae'n hanfodol.

I bobl ag anabledd dysgu, gall hygyrchedd olygu'r gwahaniaeth rhwng cael eu cynnwys neu eu heithrio, eu deall neu eu hanwybyddu, eu grymuso neu eu gadael ar ôl.

Mae'n ymwneud â:

Cyfathrebu clir
Dyluniad cynhwysol
Creu mannau ffisegol a digidol cynhwysol
Pawb yn gallu cymryd rhan yn llawn ac yn hyderus

Dyna pam mai ffocws ein cynhadledd flynyddol eleni yw cynhwysiant digidol. Byddwn yn edrych ar sut olwg sydd ar hygyrchedd digidol go iawn ac ystyrlon, yn gwrando ar brofiadau byw, ac yn rhannu ffyrdd ymarferol y gallwn ni i gyd wneud yn well.
