What are you doing this weekend to support your health and wellbeing? Apart from enjoying all this wonderful weather we’ve been having, this weekend is for family time with my daughter and granddaughter. The latter reminded me, not unkindly, that this is the first time she’s had with me on her own since she was little and D was still with us. Since then there have always been all the boys and multiple families staying here. It reminded me not to inadvertently believe everyone feels equally seen and heard in my life. Work to do there, Linden. And joy in the ‘doing’.
