🍂 Autumn Sound Bath — Friday 25th September

As we move out of the fullness of summer, autumn invites us to slow down, turn inward and return to our centre.

This evening will be a space to honour that seasonal shift through Crystal Connection, Reiki and Oracle Cards, before settling into a guided meditation followed by a deeply relaxing Sound Bath, the voice of Anika my gong, singing bowls and many other instruments held within the space.

A chance to pause, receive and reconnect as the wheel turns towards autumn.

We’ll close with sweet treats to help ground the experience before you head home. ✨

I don’t play Anika, my gong… we become one 💫♥️

She guides me.
She shows me the way.

When I’m with her, I’m not in my head trying to decide what comes next. I’m completely in my heart, listening, trusting and allowing her sound to move through the space.

That is what you experience when you come to one of my Sound Baths.

It isn’t a performance. It’s a space created through connection, intention and love.

The vibrations wash over and through you, inviting the mind to soften, the body to settle and giving you space to simply be.

Because for me, the highest vibration we can offer is love. 🤍

And that is what I pour into every Sound Bath I hold.

Hello September 🍂🌞🍂

A slightly later welcome to the new month from me this evening, but September began in such a beautiful way.

Today I had the privilege of being part of a book club retreat, creating a bespoke experience for an amazing group of women through yoga, crystal connection and bringing everything together with a sound bath.

I always love to begin a new month by pulling a spell card, so just before my meditation this evening I pulled one for our Finding Peace Community…

Friendship 🤍

It felt so perfect.

Over the years, so many of you have come to a sound bath, retreat, meditation group or 1-1 session and somewhere along the way, friendships have grown. Some of you have become wonderful friends to me, and I’ve also had the joy of watching friendships blossom between people who first met within these spaces.

And that really is at the heart of this community.

A place to come together, to feel supported, to connect, to share and to know that we don’t have to navigate everything alone.

As we move into September and nature slowly begins to draw her energy inwards, perhaps we can allow ourselves to do the same… creating a little more space for reflection, connection and the people who truly nourish us.

She holds the prayer of Love & Compassion

Om Mani Padme Hum is a sacred mantra of compassion, often translated as “the jewel in the lotus.”

It is associated with opening the heart, cultivating compassion and transforming what we carry into greater wisdom and awareness.

When we play together her sound moves through the space, carrying the prayer of compassion, love, healing and connection, with every vibration washing over and through you as you experience one of my Sound Baths
