What started as a colleague survey became something much bigger...

Earlier this year, colleagues across ivolve shared their feedback through our annual survey. For every completed response, we pledged to donate £1 to charity and invited colleagues to vote for the causes they wanted to support.

Thanks to record participation, we were able to split the funds raised between two charities: Alzheimer's Society and Cancer Research UK, helping support vital dementia services and life-saving cancer research. 👏

When people feel listened to, valued and involved, amazing things can happen. It's one of the many reasons we've been recognised as one of the The Times and The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for three years running.

A huge thank you to every colleague who took part and helped make a difference. 🥰

Today, Louise, Nia, Paige, Cameron and Grace spent the day meeting lots of brilliant people at the The UK Careers Fair at the Principality Stadium - and what a turnout!

There were some fantastic conversations about careers in care, nursing opportunities and what it really means to support people to live happy, independent and fulfilling lives.
