Our hearts are full, our feet are tired and we haven’t stopped smiling! What. A. Night! 🏆🎉

Last night we came together for the ivolve Awards 2026, and WOW… what an evening it was!

There was singing, laughter, dancing and so many special moments that we’ll be talking about for a long time. 🥹

🎤 People we support absolutely stole the show with their incredible singing and hilarious comedy, and even helped us hand out some of those all-important awards!

💃 Our Head of People brought the house down with Proud Mary (Tina Turner would be proud!).

🕺 And some of those dance moves? We’re still recovering! 😂

But the biggest smiles came from celebrating our wonderful colleagues, recognising the difference they make and seeing everyone come together to share such a special evening.

The love, laughter and pride in that room? Something else entirely. 💚

We couldn’t resist sharing a few little sneak peeks for today’s ! 📸

The wait is over! It's finally time for the ivolve Awards 2026, and we couldn't be more excited!

Tonight is all about our incredible colleagues. The ones who go the extra mile, lift each other up, work their magic behind the scenes and make a difference in so many ways. ✨

Just like Brandon, our 2025 Group Functions Hero winner in Wales, who shared how special it felt to know his work was making a positive difference to the people and teams he supports. 💚

Tonight, we'll be celebrating more amazing people and making memories that will last long after the trophies have been handed out.

🏆💚 TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY!

The wait is almost over… and we can't wait to celebrate our incredible colleagues at the ivolve Awards 2026! 🎉

Last year, Isabell couldn't quite believe she'd won Learner of the Year in England! After two years of studying, achieving qualifications and working hard to develop herself, having that dedication recognised was a moment she'll never forget. 🥹

And tomorrow, more of our colleagues will discover just how much their hard work, kindness and commitment mean to the people around them.

Some might be expecting it. Others won't have a clue! 👀 But one thing's for sure… there'll be plenty of proud faces, happy tears and cheering tomorrow night! 💚

The outfits are being planned, the excitement is building… and somewhere across ivolve, our next award winners are getting ready for a night they'll never forget! 💚✨

Last year, Aimie took home the Strive Award for Wales, and her words say it all. Being recognised by the people around her made her feel proud, appreciated and reminded her just how much her work matters.

In just 48 hours, more of our incredible colleagues will get to experience that same feeling. 🥹

We asked our wonderful colleagues which charities they'd love us to support this year as part of our colleague survey, and the response was overwhelming! 🥰

From causes close to hearts to experiences that have touched lives, every nomination meant something special.

We're so pleased to share that Mind and Dementia UK are our chosen charities for this year's Your Say survey! 💚 For every completed survey, we'll donate 50p to EACH charity.

Last year, your voices helped us raise over £3,000 for Alzheimer's Society and Cancer Research UK. Can we make an even bigger difference this year? 🙌

We currently have housemate vacancies at Preston, our residential home in Fulwood.

There’s plenty of room for both sides of everyday life here:

Preston could be a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of company and independence, wants to keep developing their skills and can safely manage the stairs to our currently available bedrooms.

💪🌟 A new routine for Brett at Clarence Court!

Since moving into our new site, Clarence Court, Brett has settled in brilliantly. His days once had very little structure. Now, he’s filling them with more positive, purposeful activities, including going to the gym.

🏋️ Gym every other day
📋 His own training plan
💪 Weights at home in between
🌟 More routine, confidence and independence

It’s a great example of Strive in action, supporting Brett to focus on what matters to him and build a life with more purpose. 💚
