KEEPSAKE!! 🫶🏻

I found a lovely keepsake at Highclere Castle (Downton Abbey) on my visit this week. I had been wanting a summer decor to hang in the treatment room.

I have autumn, Winter and Spring covered as well as Easter eggs, but hadn’t found the right feel for Summer. I spotted these gorgeous wildflower meadow covered hearts and butterflies and knew they were PERFECT!!

What do you think of them? Feel free to have a closer look the next time you come for a treatment. They will also stand to remind me of a wonderful and memorable day out. 🤗👣💆🏻‍♀️🕊️

I had an exciting day off today! Hubby treated me to a trip to Downton Abbey for a visit and for afternoon tea!

I wasn’t allowed to take pics inside - but trust me it is as stunning as it looks on the show!!

You might be an aromatherapist if you insist on walking through the gardens and snap loads of pictures of the gorgeous blooms!

Most of the roses were finished for the season, especially after all the heat we’ve had, but I managed to find a few little beauties still around. 🌹 It was a perfectly gorgeous day all around!! 🤗🫶🏻🥰

Reflexology is a fantastic way to “Love your Feet” along with the rest of you! Clients often report feeling like they are walking on clouds or air immediately following a treatment! ☁️

FORGIVE ME!!

I know I shouldn’t really have ‘favourite’ clients but……

This little lady is officially my favourite massage client to date!! 😘🥰

My gorgeous little granddaughter came to visit Grandma at the show yesterday and had a go in my massage chair. 💆🏻‍♀️

She didn’t seem to want to leave the chair (as can be said for everyone else who had a micro massage yesterday too!) I think she is a fan of massages! 😁👍🏻🫶🏻Grandma is happy to oblige anytime.

Thank you to everyone else who also stopped by, said hi, purchased things from me and discussed how Shalom could support their wellbeing. I look forward to seeing many of you soon at Shalom Holistic. 🤗👣💆🏻‍♀️🕊️

ITS SHOW SEASON!!

It starts this coming Saturday with Auckley Show (auckley.show). This will be my 9th time at the Auckley Show! It’s always a great day.

Then on the 30th I’m gonna be at the styrruphall for the Village Fete for the first time! Really looking forward to my forward to a new group of people to meet!

Then 6th of September is my fourth time at Scrooby Show! It is sooo much fun and a village full of lovely people. 🫶🏻

So, if you pop along to any of these amazing local community events, be sure to pop to the Shalom Holistic stall and say hi! 🤗👣💆🏻‍♀️🕊️

ANOTHER UNBOXING!! 📦

The other order I placed for oils arrived yesterday! Yippee! 🙌🏻 It’s like Christmas 🎄.

All of these were either out or REALLY low. Decided to get ahead of the game and make sure not to be caught short.

UNBOXING STOCK UP!! 🗃️

You know you’ve been busy when you need to stock up because several bottles of oil are suddenly empty!! Good problems to have. 😁

Placed two orders this week. Denise Brown’s delivery came first and super fast!! 💨 This one included restocking Katafray which is one of the oils in my ‘Heavy Hitter’ blend. It is a powerful tool in my kit for helping those with chronic pain conditions like fibromyalgia. 💥

My stock bottle of ‘Heavy Hitter’ blend was almost out so perfect timing! Yesterday I blended up a new batch of the blend - ready now for the week ahead.
