Can’t wait to host my first retreat in Malaga this year.

I’ve had a few of my lovely
Ladies in classes ask if any spaces left unfortunately not for September however the possibility is there to do another one in October.

Let me no if you be interested.

The retreat is a chance for you to un wind relax the body and rest your mind. Heal what needs to be healed and allowing your self to be vulnerable and fogey the outside noise of normal

If you still haven’t tried my Pilates classes the please come along. If your new to Pilates or advanced this class is for everyone men & women.

£7 a class booking online is a must.
Mondays are smaller classes if you prefer that, Thursday tea times are still a great group of women.

My class isn’t just about doing a pilates class and leaving. We meditate after, we relax the body mind & soul after using your body physically it’s only fair to take care of the recovery to.

All mats & equipment provided.

Women’s Meditation & Sound Bath Circle

Tonight, a group of women gathered to pause, breathe, and reconnect with themselves through meditation and sound. Together, we created a space of calm, reflection, and presence amidst the busyness of everyday life.

Choosing to attend a meditation and sound bath circle is a gift of self-care and intention. It is an opportunity to slow down, quiet the mind, and allow healing, rest, and renewal to unfold.

Each woman’s presence contributed to the energy of the circle, creating a shared experience of connection, peace, and collective support. As the sounds washed through the space, we were reminded of the power of simply being, rather than doing.

Thank you to every woman who joined tonight and helped create a beautiful space for rest, reflection, and restoration.
