โ€˜Change happens through movement. And movement heals.โ€™

I loved my Reformer session this morning at The Reformer Studio and this quotation.

Because change is happening all the time.

Every cell in our body is moving and shifting, whether we realise it or not.

Movement isnโ€™t only physical.

Thoughts move. Emotions move. Energy moves.

Sometimes we can feel stuck or stagnant. But when we move, something begins to soften, to flow and to reorganise.

Thatโ€™s why bodywork, sound, and breath work feel so nourishing. They help us move and heal.โœจ

Blessed that such lovely folk came for a gong bath tonight.

Thank you, you lovely lot. ๐Ÿ’š

The same sounds, yet a different journey for every person in the room.

Thatโ€™s one of the things I love most about sound.

Sound meets us right where we are and gives us exactly what we need.

Do you feel scattered, out of balance, or pulled in too many directions?

Sound is a wonderful way for a disordered system to find its way back to coherence.

In a world that constantly demands our attention, the body and mind can become fragmented by stress, tension and overstimulation.

The deep, rich tones of the gongs create a space to pause, listen, and allow what has become scattered to settle and realign.

In whatever way your system needs. ๐Ÿ’š

Join us on Monday evening.

For sounds that really help you (yes, even Mr Frog ๐Ÿธ):

๐Ÿ’š Clear stuck, stagnant energy
๐Ÿ’š Help rebalance your nervous system and ease anxiety
๐Ÿ’š Release tension held in the body

Sometimes peace comes from allowing old emotions, stress, or heaviness to move.

What we hold onto physically, mentally, and emotionally often needs space to be felt, softened, and released.

A gong bath can offer that space. ๐ŸŒŸ

Simply lie down, get comfortable, and allow the sounds and vibrations to do the work. ๐Ÿ’š
