Teaching what you know (respecting your scope of practice and knowing when to refer)

Staying in your own lane (you don’t want your clients comparing themselves to others so why should you?)

Refreshing our image because..

We don’t want to look like the rest (and tbh they are all beginning to look the same)
We have space to offer more Pilates to more people
We have a team who are exceptional and know they’re stuff
Even though I’m 50 and have grey hair…. I don’t do fading into the background very well.
