So here is how a 'typical ' session may go;
🌿You are welcomed in to a safe warm space where we will sit down and discuss what is going on for you. This may include some range of motion testing so we can narrow down the muscles, nerves or joints implicated in your pain.
🌿I will then leave the room so you can change and get comfortable on the massage couch.
🌿A lot of sessions now will start with you laying on the PEMF mat to create a calmness and warmth in the body. During this time I will treat your areas of concern using some reflexology.
🌿This is followed by some hot stones, Myofascial Release, Massage, Trigger point work, Acupressure, stretching and teaching you some ways to help yourself.
No 2 treatments are ever the same as no 2 people are!
🌿You may want help with a Rotator cuff injury, Fibromyalgia, Knee replacement rehab, PTSD, Sciatica, Migraine... a whole host of conditions can be treated.
🌿Within 3- 6 weekly sessions we will expect to see a marked improvement in pain, guarding, movement, and more.
