The finish line isn't the end—it's the beginning.

Completing Ironman Luxembourg 70.3 has reminded me that the best results don't come overnight. They come from consistency, patience and showing up, even when it's hard.

Those are the same values I bring to my patients at Elevate Medical Aesthetics. Natural, gradual improvements that build confidence over time.
Right now I'm recovering, but I'll be back in clinic soon and looking forward to seeing everyone.
