Our next Space 2 Talk session is coming up on Wednesday 3rd June in Maidstone, and this month we’ll be talking about puberty — what it is, how it can feel, and how we can support our young people through it.

These sessions are relaxed, welcoming, and a great chance to connect with other parents and carers. Event is free, but please book to help us plan.

✨Emotional Regulation & Neurodivergence - Coming to Maidstone!

This interactive workshop is aimed at parents/carers of neurodivergent children aged between 5-11 and will involve presentation, group activities and discussion.

Explore what emotional regulation is, why neurodivergent children may struggle, consider useful models such as the Window of Tolerance and share practical ways to support our children.
