One thing I’ve learned is that people often see what they want to see.
A post, a story, a quote, or a shared thought can be interpreted in many different ways depending on the person reading it. Not everything is a message, not everything is a clue, and not everything is directed at someone.
Through my work, I have the privilege of listening to many people from all walks of life. When similar themes, struggles, questions, or areas of growth keep arising, I often share thoughts, reflections, and resources that may support others who are experiencing something similar. That is part of what I do, and it comes from a place of care and service.
My content is inspired by life, learning, professional experience, and the conversations I have with those I support. It is not a coded conversation, nor is it aimed at any one individual.
I’m choosing to focus on authenticity, compassion, and creating a space that encourages reflection and wellbeing. If something resonates with you, take what serves you. If it doesn’t, simply let it pass by.
Protect your peace, honour your boundaries, and allow others the freedom to express themselves without assumption or interpretation.
If I find posts which may help a client I have seen I will share on my story, to support them ❤️ this doesn’t necessarily mean it is my personal story but one which may help someone who needs to hear ❤️
