When it comes to assistive listening, there's a real difference between a space that meets a legal standard and one where every person who walks through the door has full, equal access. In practice, that looks like:

✅ A functioning assistive listening system
✅ Staff who know it exists
✅ Signage guests can actually find
✅ Accessibility built into the plan from the start, not just added after the fact

Make sure your venue is not only equipped but ready. Compliance tells you what's installed, it doesn't tell you whether a guest can actually walk in today and use it without issue.
