What happens during your first Reflexology session?

If you've never trained in Reflexology before, the thought of your first practical session might feel a little daunting.

But there's no need to worry — you aren't expected to know everything on day one.

Your first practical session is about getting comfortable with the fundamentals, learning how the techniques feel in your hands, and starting to put your learning into practice.

You'll be guided by your tutor, given plenty of opportunity to practise, and supported as you begin developing the skills that will eventually become second nature.

And yes, there will probably be a few nerves, a few questions and lots of learning along the way!
