3 months ago I was a retired shot putter not out of choice but because I was told I would have to be. I have fought my way back to do something that wasn’t possible and today I competed against some of the best throwers in Europe 🎉🎉

That’s why I ask you! I want all of your goals and dreams to be possible as well!

⭐️🇪🇸 WE ARE GOING TO SPAIN 🇪🇸⭐️

I’m very excited to announce that I will be the sports therapy for Harrow AC who have been selected as the Great Britain entry into the European Champion Clubs Cup in Spain!

This competition consists of 13 European countries who have all entered the best club in their respective countries.

I am super excited for the opportunity to work with the UK’s best athletics club at the end of this month in Spain!

BUT …. THERE’S MORE 🎉🎉🎉

I have also been selected to compete in the shot put at this amazing event meaning I have a busy weekend ahead of me!

A lot of you have been asking me about athletics recently and if I managed to come back to the sport after my hip surgery. Honestly your support and questions regarding this mean the world! ❤️❤️

I managed to slowly return to the sport at Christmas and have now been able to compete again! To think there was a chance I wouldn’t compete again and now I’m currently ranked in the top 20 in the UK as a discus thrower is crazy!!

The athletics season has only just begun and I have something very exciting to share with you all soon! 🍾🎉

Thank you again for all being so supportive, I really do have the best patients! ⭐️
