May is Bladder Cancer Awareness Month

Did you know that Bladder cancer is one of the most common cancers, but spotting the signs early can make a real difference.

Knowing what to look for could save your life.

Symptoms to be aware of:

📌 Blood in your urine (even if it’s just once)
📌 Needing to urinate more often than usual
📌 Pain or burning when passing urine
📌 Urgency to urinate without much output
📌 Lower abdominal or back pain

Please don't ignore the symptoms even if they seem mild or come and go, it’s super important to get them checked.

The good news is, getting tested is simple and usually starts with a quick urine test.

As always when it comes to your body and if something doesn't feel right or feels different, chat to your GP.
