Meet Ste 👋

Before joining the gym, Ste went through something life-changing.

He developed sepsis, nearly lost his life, and was left feeling helpless after losing a significant amount of muscle and strength.

When he first started with us, even lifting 2.5kg weights felt like a huge challenge.

Now?

He’s bench pressing 12kg dumbbells, rebuilding his strength, and feeling stronger, healthier, and happier than ever 💪

But this journey has been about so much more than physical progress.

It’s been about rebuilding confidence.Regaining independence.Finding himself again after one of the toughest periods of his life.

And one of the biggest parts of that transformation?

The support, encouragement, and community from our coaches and members — helping him feel welcome, capable, and motivated every step of the way.
