True chaos comes when you try to live a life that’s not aligning with your soul.

Don’t fall into the trap of thinking that
doing nothing is doing nothing
for you.

That being unproductive is unproductive
for you.

We’ve gotten so used to being busy,
so used to doing things with visible results,
so used to tracking our steps and logging our activity and ticking things off our to-do list,
that we’ve forgotten the importance of rest.

‘Doing nothing’ and being ‘unproductive’ are actually doing something productive.

They are helping you recharge.
Recoup.

Reading a magazine or having a bath or sitting in the garden with a cup of coffee are not a waste of time.

Time spent rested is not time wasted.

We are not machines.
We are not robots.
We are not here to
constantly work and move and do.

We are human beings.

And sometimes we just need to be.

Crystal Healing Workshop for Beginners - July 5th 2026

Join me for a relaxed, hands-on day exploring the world of crystal healing in a welcoming and beginner-friendly space.

This workshop is designed to help you feel confident working with crystals in your everyday life, whether you're drawn to them for calm, clarity, emotional support, or simple curiosity.

Throughout the day, you'll be gently guided through both the foundations and the experience of working with crystals. Rather than just learning information, you'll have the opportunity to connect with crystals in a practical and intuitive way.

During the workshop, you will:
✨ Learn how to choose crystals intuitively
✨ Understand how to cleanse, charge, and care for your crystals
✨ Explore a small selection of key crystals and their uses
✨ Be guided through a crystal meditation
✨ Learn how to set intentions and work with crystals meaningfully
✨ Experience a simple crystal layout for relaxation and balance
✨ Discover easy ways to use crystals in your daily life

✨ A full day guided workshop
✨ A small crystal to take home
✨ Printed notes to support your learning

Time: 10:00am - 4:00pm (with a 40-minute lunch break)
