I am constantly updating my knowledge in order to offer the best service I can and make sure there are plenty of treatments on offer. This year I have introduced Hypnotherapy which helps a number of issues (please ask more about this powerful treatment) I noticed a gap and referred some of my clients but then thought why not do it myself! I have many holistic treatments on offer as well as mix and match for an ultimate treat and relaxation. I also offer a wellbeing group which offers meditation and tips on wellbeing which is available as an evening event and soon to be virtual.

Yesterday I passed module 2 of my level 5 sports and remedial massage. I am not going to lie it was tough. The level of knowlwedge you need to know is quite insane. Having been a massage therapist for nealy 20 years I know a bit lol but clearly not enough. Module 3 next so not quite finished but looking forward to bringing my knowledge into my treatments...so exciting 🤩 x

Good morning and happy Tuesday (that feels like a Monday!) And September!. This week schools return, the weather feels cooler as we start to think about Autumn. I quite like September its almost like a reset!
